Scrying Chain Clear and Pink Crystal

Scrying Chain is 10 1/2" in length made with pink and clear crystals.
To scrye is to divine ... something. Dowsers will use a a forked branch to try and detect the presence of undeground water, as one example. Pendulum scrying is probably most familiar when the wedding ring of a pregnant woman is suspended from a chain and dangled over the unborn child to determine if it will be a boy or a girl.
One of the most widely practiced method of pendula scrying is to suspend a crystal from a chain for general divination purposes in order to gain a "yes" or "no" answer to a simple question. It is important that the diviner first determine the direction which eventually mean a "yes" answer and which will mean a "no." Eventually the pendula will either swing back and forth (this could be "yes") or it will swing up and back (this would then be "no"). The person holding the pendulum must make a sincere effort to hold it as perfectly still as humanly possible, in the center. Very faint movements will, however, ultimately show the answer.
